Making the choice to seek help, to reach out, and step into the unknown can be challenging.
I aim to create a safe and compassionate space from which we can explore and work through the difficulties you are experiencing and do this in a manner that is tailored to you and your needs.
I believe that the right counsellor is the one that you feel safe enough to step into the unknown with. That person may or may not be me.

My counselling approach is integrative, and uses the therapeutic relationship as a conduit through which discovery and learning can occur.
